Blessue Makes Donation to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation®

Blessue LLC announced today that it has made its first donation to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). This donation represents our commitment to support breast cancer research and awareness. Five cents for every box of Blessue brand facial tissue sold at retail is donated to BCRF.
Blessue LLC founder, Dana Kelman said, “When we started the company, we felt it was important to establish a tradition of ‘giving back’ as one of our core values. Blessue™ has chosen to support breast cancer research and awareness because our founders, along with many others, have had too many friends and family members afflicted with this terrible disease. It was important for us to find a charity that was strongly committed to giving a large portion of funds raised directly to the cause. BCRF demonstrates a strong commitment to finding a cure in our lifetime, as a minimum of 85% of all funds raised goes to breast cancer research grants and awareness programs.”
Kelman also added, “As our business continues to grow, we hope that this is only the first of many donations that Blessue™ makes to BCRF. Our 2nd half of 2009 is already off to a great start as our sales in July and August have already surpassed the entire first half of the year, which means we’ll be making a much larger donation to BCRF for this period in early 2010.”
